Kendra, Katie and Pam are all Central Florida girls in some fashion; publisher Kendra Lott and editor Katie Farmand were born here, and both are back with a passion for food writing. Kendra has a master’s degree in Food Studies from New York University and worked for Food Arts magazine in New York City. She apprenticed with the rock-star butchers at Fleisher’s Grass Fed and Organic Meats in New York’s Hudson Valley. Katie is fresh from the master’s program at the University of Florida College of Journalism. She has written for Family Circle and Cottage Living, and was associate editor of Victoria magazine. Her food blog, www.thethinchef.com, has garnered national recognition. Managing editor Pam Brandon has lived in Central Florida since the 1980s. She has decades of editing, writing and marketing experience, and she authors cookbooks and a kitschy recipe column, “The Divas of Dish.” We all embrace the Edible philosophy and think that our combined skills promise a dynamic, fun magazine.

A native Floridian, Jason learned to like good (whole) food after he met his wife, who coincidentally is the editor of this magazine. He’s a North American-based graphic designer and has been designing and art directing publications since 2005. In order — possibly — these are the most important semi-important things in his life: bourbon, Florida Gators, Jacksonville Jaguars, the PANTONE brand, and letterpress.

Gary Bogdon is an Orlando-based magazine and advertising photographer with more than 25 years of professional experience. His travels have taken him around the world where he has photographed everything from the beaches of the Caribbean to the people of India and Russia. His work has appeared in Caribbean Travel & Life, Islands Magazine, Saveur and ESPN Magazine. He is a regular contributing photographer for Sports Illustrated.
