Just in time for Halloween, this smoky (and spooky) cocktail comes to us via the mixologists at Paddlefish at Disney Springs.
1.5 oz. Stolen Smoked Rum
½ oz. pumpkin syrup
1 dash black lemon bitters
1 dash chocolate bitters
½ oz. Nuestra Soledad Mezcal
1 dash of carbon (activated charcoal) and orange peel for garnish
Blend all ingredients together except carbon and orange peel in a shaker; shake thoroughly and pour over ice in a rocks glass. Add carbon to orange peel and float on top of ice, allowing guests to stir the carbon in themselves for a fun Halloween effect.
