Inspired by the flavors of fall, area mixologists have crafted some seriously scrumptious cocktails. Do try these at home!
Autumn Harvest
The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes
½ ounce apple brandy
¼ ounce elderflower or pear liqueur
½ ounce lemon juice
½ ounce ginger syrup
Splash of sparkling wine
mint
orange peel
allspice
Add first four ingredients to shaker. Shake and strain over crushed ice. Float sparkling wine over the drink. Garnish with mint, orange peel and allspice.

24 apples, topped, stripe peeled and holes poked in them
1 cup honey
1 cup iced tea
4 cinnamon sticks
4 star anise seeds
2 liters whiskey
Infuse for 4-5 days and serve over ice.

2oz rye
1oz vermouth infused with clove, cinnamon, allspice, peach pit)
0.25oz honey liqueur
3 dashes of cranberry bitters
cinnamon stick garnish
Build all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir for about 30 seconds. Then strain in a coupe glass and garnish.
