What’s your go-to meal at home? Tacos with homemade fresh corn tortillas.

Where do you shop locally for interesting ingredients? El Zocalo Latin grocery store in Haines City.

Which kitchen gadget could you not live without? Tortilla press and blender.

What was your favorite bagged lunch as a kid?  Mexican tortas.

What’s your most guilty junk-food pleasure?  Popcorn.

What 3 things are in your fridge at all times? Eggs for a quick  breakfast or lunch; vegetables for use in almost all my cooking); any kind of fresh fruit-infused water to drink along with every meal.

Is there anything else about yourself you’d like to share? I like to cook my mother’s dishes every chance I get, that’s truly my favorite food of all time.
