More than 30 distinguished local and national authors will descend on the University of Central Florida for the fifth annual Book Festival this Saturday, April 5 from 9am to 3:30pm.
Held inside the CFE Arena, the event gives attendees the opportunity to meet with authors via a full day of panels, forums, readings, and book signings.
In addition to the line-up of renowned writers, including keynote author Andre Dubus III, author of The New York Times bestseller House of Sand and Fog, the event will also host local chefs John Rivers of 4Rivers Smokehouse (11am) and Hollis Wilder of Sweet! By Good Golly Miss Holly (10am), who will demonstrate recipes from their cookbooks. Our Digital Content Editor, Kristen Manieri, will be moderating the Hollis Wilder event.
Admission and parking will be free. For more information, visit www.bookfestival.ucf.edu.
