Searchin’ For My Lost Easter Egg Adventure Hunt: Margaritaville Resort Orlando’s Activities team and the Easter bunny will host an Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday, where kids will hunt for eggs within their own age groups. When: Easter Sunday, April 17, at 10 a.m.
The Easter buffet will feature delicious savory and sweet Latin dishes such as Ropa Vieja hash which includes shredded brisket over a potato, boniato, and sweet plantain hash; Salmón Relleno – salmon stuffed with shrimp and Spanish chorizo picadillo with a mango-curry sauce; cheesy hash brown waffles with eggs, manchego cheese, and “kickin” jalapeño syrup; a create-your-own omelet station (available until 4 p.m.); Torreja de Piña – grilled pineapple French toast casserole with mango butter and maple syrup; Bollos de Canela – cinnamon rolls with applewood smoked bacon and white chocolate icing to name a few menu options. Spring has officially arrived, which means Easter is right around the corner! On April 17, Bar Louie is celebrating with an Easter Sunday brunch with $2 mimosas until 3 p.m.
