Treat the family to a special Easter Brunch available all day on Saturday, April 16, and Sunday, April 17. Indulge in the Dungeness Crab Deviled Eggs, dressed crème fraiche, rocket leaves, maple bacon, for $34; or the Slow Roasted Prime Rib, severed with charred baby carrots, pesto, ricotta, and salsa verde, for $73; or the Colorado Lamb T-Bone, served with green peas, mint, smoked bacon, for $67. 4Rivers
Take time for yourself and impress your guests this Easter with the 4 Rivers Smokehouse catering menu option. Order your entire meal and pick it up at the Smokehouse on Saturday, April 16 for a simple reheat-and-eat meal on Easter Sunday. Options include iconic smoked meats such as Signature Angus Brisket, Smoked Turkey, Boneless Ham and Smoked Salmon. New to the party (and just adorable) is the Bunny Cake. Searchin’ For My Lost Easter Egg Adventure Hunt: Margaritaville Resort Orlando’s Activities team and the Easter bunny will host an Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday, where kids will hunt for eggs within their own age groups. When: Easter Sunday, April 17, at 10 a.m.
Cuba Libre
The Easter buffet will feature delicious savory and sweet Latin dishes such as Ropa Vieja hash which includes shredded brisket over a potato, boniato, and sweet plantain hash; Salmón Relleno – salmon stuffed with shrimp and Spanish chorizo picadillo with a mango-curry sauce; cheesy hash brown waffles with eggs, manchego cheese, and “kickin” jalapeño syrup; a create-your-own omelet station (available until 4 p.m.); Torreja de Piña – grilled pineapple French toast casserole with mango butter and maple syrup; Bollos de Canela – cinnamon rolls with applewood smoked bacon and white chocolate icing to name a few menu options. Guests can also enjoy $7 mimosas and bloody marys (usually $8 and $10 respectively) along with the new and sweet drink special, ‘Cuban Peep’ swirling with vanilla rum and coffee liqueur topped with an Easter peep ($13).

Spring has officially arrived, which means Easter is right around the corner! On April 17, Bar Louie is celebrating with an Easter Sunday brunch with $2 mimosas until 3 p.m.
Duffy’s Sports Grill
From the beginning of April till Easter Sunday, Duffy’s will provide guests with their signature Peep-Tini martini, made with Trader Vic’s White Chocolate Liqueur, Absolut Vanilla, Crème de Cacoa, and heavy cream for $7.
