The Tennessee Truffle is creating a special menu for four to heat at home, available for pickup from 5-9pm on Saturday. House-made yeast rolls, lamb shanks with roasted grapes and charred radicchio, horseradish and gruyere potato gratin, green beans almondine and roasted Brussels and carrots with house bacon and rehydrated golden raisins, plus house-made chocolate sheet cake and a pint of Madagascar Vanilla bean ice cream for $120. Order by Thursday to enjoy an Easter Menu from Christini’s Ristorante Italiano. For $70 per person (four person minimum), enjoy glazed ham as well as braised beef braciole with Easter bread, asparagus, sweet potatoes and an assortment of Italian desserts. Dexter’s New Standard is currently taking orders for Easter specials until April 9. Call the restaurant at (407) 316-2278 for main dishes including baked ham ($16/pound), leg of lamb ($20/pound), roast turkey ($10/pound) and prime Rib ($28/pound). Sides are priced to feed two ($30), four ($50), six ($70) or eight people ($90) and available as a package including glazed carrots, asparagus, mac ‘n’ cheese, potato gratin, house salad, Parker House rolls and carrot cake. Chef Lydia Murphy, the restaurant’s baker and pastry chef, will be baking special “Easter Baskets” with goodies for each child in the household, so when placing your order, please indicate the number of children at home.
Easter take-home packages at Soco are available for pre-order, and all day until they run out on Easter Sunday. Priced to feed either two ($55-75) or four ($110-150) folks, entrees include sorghum- and honey-glazed ham, chicken pot pie or roast leg of lamb with peppermint jelly. Canvas is currently offering pre-order of their Easter Dinner until Thursday, April 9, at 5pm. Orders will be available for pick-up on Sunday from noon-4pm.
