Easy Holiday Hors-D’oeuvres


You don’t need a lot of ingredients to make a special hors-d’oeuvre for the holidays, and a bottle of bubbly will make either of these easy treats feel festive indeed. Easy Brie-zzy Holiday Appetizer

Serves 6 to 8

1 wheel Brie

1/2 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped

Honey, for garnish

1/4 cup pistachios, for garnish

Cut Brie into 1-inch cubes. Top each square with 1 teaspoon cranberries, drizzle with honey and finely grate pistachios over the top for a pop of flavor and gorgeous green color.

Smoked Salmon Bites

Serves 4 to 6

16 packaged blinis

4 ounces smoked salmon

1/2 cup crème fraîche

Caviar, for garnish

Top blinis with a piece of smoked salmon. Add a dollop of crème fraîche and garnish with caviar.
