Hemingway’s Restaurant in the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress serves a seafood paella Valencia (pictured above) that has all seven fishes for your feast and then some. Elevated presentations of classic entrees with scallops, Chilean sea bass, bronzino and other treasures from the deep make dinner here a holiday anytime. Open for dinner nightly.
Walt Disney Road Swan & Dolphin Resort restaurants including Il Mulino and Todd English’s bluezoo will feature special holiday entrees including herb-seared turbot (December 24 at bluezoo), branzino Livornese and a Florida frutti di mare (December 24 and December 31, respectively, at Il Mulino) in addition to their regular menus. Ocean Prime is offering a three-course holiday prix fixe menu featuring a lobster tail entrée with sweet corn, red pepper cream and chili oil. Through December 30; $69 per person.
Christini’s Ristorante Italiano is showcasing a Sardinian-style rack of lamb as an entree special on Christmas and Christmas Eve; their famous bone-in veal chop is one of five entree options on the four-course New Year’s Eve menu. December 24, 25 and 31 starting at 5 p.m.; $125 per person for New Year’s Eve menu.
Roy’s Restaurant will offer a three-course Christmas menu featuring slow-roasted Chateaubriand. December 25; $62.95 per person, children’s menu $12.95.
A Land Remembered at Rosen Shingle Creek is well loved for its steaks, and the three-course New Year’s Eve menu offers a Harris Ranch filet as well as a pork porterhouse in addition to unlimited Champagne. December 31, 5:30-10 p.m.; $75 per person.

At 1921 Mount Dora, the regular menu is available along with holiday-only specials including Kumamoto oysters, venison carpaccio, duck pizza, foie gras torchon and a bone-in beef short rib for two. December 24, 4-8 p.m.; December 31, 5-10 p.m.
American Social invites guests to ring in 2020 with a Roaring 20s party including a lineup of local DJs, as well as passed hors d’oeuvres, food stations and open bar. December 31, 9 p.m-1 a.m.; $75/person.
Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar is hosting a festive Cuban feast for New Year’s Eve. They have two options for the evening: an a la carte menu that includes tapas and desserts, or a buffet that includes a Champagne toast and stations for ceviche, crispy foods, lechon asado, winter salads, stir-fried rice, grilled meats and sweets. December 31, buffet is $100 per person.
Chef’s Table at the Edgewater is all prix fixe, all the time and the Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve menus are no exception. Feast on fresh fish with succotash or a porcini-rubbed pork chop during a three-course, pre-Santa dinner, or ring in 2020 with North Atlantic lobster and bone-in buffalo short rib as two of five course. December 25, $60 per person; December 21, $79.90 per person.
Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse has a special menu for Christmas Day. Lobster, steak, crab, and more will be offered, along with a dessert menu. December 25, 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Spencer’s Steaks and Chops is offering a Christmas Day grand buffet that includes charcuterie, pasta, raw bar and carving station. December 25, 2-6 p.m.; $59 for adults, $25 for children under 15.
Bull & Bear‘s four-course holiday feast offers a choice of either prime filet of beef or pan-seared sea bass, with optional wine pairings available. December 24 and 25, 5-10 p.m., $140 for adults, $75 for children.
The Alfond Inn is hosting a New Year’s Eve Gala with chef stations, a premium open bar, Champagne toast and live music. December 31, 8 p.m.-12:15 a.m.; $199 per person.
