This refreshing twist on a Moscow Mule using tequila instead of Vodka is served at La Cava del Tequila in the Mexico pavilion at the Epcot® World Showcase. With a bit of spice from Ancho Reyes and real ginger beer, this Mexican Mule cocktail recipe is sure to become a new favorite.
1 oz Ancho Reyes Original liquor
1.5 oz Tromba blanco Tequila
1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
3 dashes of mole bitters
3 oz ginger beer
Add all the ingredients into a Mule mug over ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
