From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., fly high on the 9th floor of OIA, where Hemisphere Restaurant will offer a buffet and bottomless mimosas. Terralina Crafted Italian has created a special Mother’s Day offering of Lump Crab Crusted Alaskan Salmon Oscar over scalloped potatoes and asparagus priced at $32 per person. Pair with a Mother’s Day Mimosa ($13 per glass), a Mimosa Flight or Bloody Mary.
This Winter Park go-to for classic Italian fare is pulling out all the stops for Mom with menu specials including veal shank with risotto Milanese; seared chicken with black grapes and port wine sauce; Chilean sea bass with capers and lemon; risotto with Maine lobster and seared scallops; veal and beef ravioli in white-truffle creme sauce; and a beef tenderloin filet with black-truffle pâté and shaved winter truffles.
