If you could travel anywhere in the world to eat for one week, where would it be? Turkey. I’ve never been there and I only hear great things about the country.
If you weren’t a coffee taster and roaster, what would your dream job be? Professional golfer.
What advice would you share with artisans who are just beginning their careers? Have a passion and dive into it deep.
Who had the biggest influence on the way you cook, and why? My mother. I’m from a big family and feeding all of us could have been challenge but she always pulled it off and she always prepared more for the neighbors too.
What’s something you always wished you could prepare? Sashimi.
What was your favorite lunch as a kid? Kimbob (Korean rice roll).
What 3 things are in your fridge at all times? Garlic, onion and avocado.
What’s your guiltiest junk-food pleasure? French fries. I just can’t stop eating until I finish them.
What’s one thing you would change about the Orlando food scene? More diversity.
