At first glance, the award-winning deep blu seafood grille may not scream “child friendly,” but it’s actually an excellent locale for upscale family dining. From nearly every table, kids can either enjoy a great view of the sun set (or the fireworks!), or catch Chef Geoffrey Gable and his staff in action in the restaurant’s beautiful open kitchen (below).
Go for the day’s oh-so-fresh catch, simply prepared to highlight most the delicious aspects of each species, such as a recent special of seared Florida cobia with heirloom tomatoes, pea tendrils and broken cumin vinaigrette (below).
