Offerings include exclusive tasting menus at Bull & Bear, Zeta Asia and La Luce at Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek; wine, chocolate and Champagne tastings; and an interactive cocktail experience so that you can learn the tricks behind the expert’s version of this delicious drink.
1 heaping teaspoon fresh avocado
½ ounce agave
2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice
1 ounce Patrón Añejo Tequila
¾ ounce Gracias a Dios Mezcal
¾ ounce St. Germaine
seasoned salt and dried chili peppers for garnish (optional)
Muddle the avocado with the agave nectar, then push the paste through a fine mesh sieve and mix with lime juice. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add remaining ingredients and avocado purée. Shake well, strain into a coupe and garnish if desired.
