Seasonal Sips: Holiday Cocktails


‘Tis the season for holiday entertaining, and we’re always on the hunt for new cocktails to wow party guests. The bartender at Raglan Road Irish Pub & Restaurant in Disney Springs crafted these two concoctions, sure to add holiday cheer to any gathering.

Raglan Road Espresso Martini

1.25 ounces Dingle Vodka or favorite vodka

3/4 ounces banana liqueur

3/4 ounce dark crème de cacao

1 shot of dark espresso

Espresso beans, for garnish

Combine all ingredients except espresso beans and shake. Strain into a stemmed coupe glass. Garnish with espresso beans.

The Pride of The Peninsula

Half fresh lime  

2 ounces Dingle Gin or favorite gin

Shaved cucumber, torn mint, to taste

Fevertree Elderflower Tonic, to taste

Cucumber wedge, for garnish

Squeeze lime over ice in gin goblet. Add gin; add cucumber and mint, to taste. Top with tonic and garnish with cucumber wedge.
