1 ½ ounces Rittenhouse Rye
¾ ounce Hidalgo Fino Sherry
½ ounce Cappelletti Aperitivo
½ ounce grenadine
¼ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
sage leaves and orange wedge for garnish
Fill a brandy snifter with crushed ice. Combine all liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain over crushed ice, garnish and serve.
