Palm Ridge Reserve Manhattan (photo above)
Marti & Dick Waters, Palm Ridge Reserve Whiskey
2 ounces Palm Ridge Reserve Whiskey
1/2 ounce sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Maraschino cherry
Combine whiskey, vermouth, and bitters in a cocktail mixing glass. Add ice cubes and stir until chilled. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.

1.5 ounces Jägermeister
1 ounce rum
1 egg white
0.5 ounce butternut vanilla syrup
0.5 ounce heavy whipping cream
Dry shake all ingredients vigorously then shake with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with whip cream and cinnamon.

American Harvest Organic Spirit
1½ parts American Harvest Organic Spirit
½ part agave nectar
2 parts cranberry juice
Combine all ingredients in a tall glass filled with ice. Stir well, and strain into a chilled stemless martini glass. Garnish with an orange peel and a sprinkle of grated cinnamon on top.
Florida Apple

1.5 ounces Bear Gully Reserve Whiskey
2.5 ounces apple cider
1 dash aromatic bitters
1 dash Bitterman’s Elemakule Tiki Bitters
Combine all ingredients and shake with ice until very cold. Serve up in a martini glass or brandy snifter. It can be garnished with a cinnamon stick or apple slice.

3 ounces half-and-half
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 ounce hazelnut liqueur
1 ounce brandy
3 or 4 drops orange water
1 pinch cinnamon, additional for garnish honey
for rim
1 tablespoon crushed walnuts
In a small saucer, drizzle a thin layer of honey, spread the crushed nuts on a second saucer. Turning the martini glass upside down into the saucer with honey, lightly coat the rim. Next, dip the honey-rimmed glass into the nuts to coat the edge of the glass. Set aside. Fill a shaker with ice, add the ingredients and shake vigorously to chill and combine thoroughly. Strain the drink into martini glass and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top
