P is for Pie

P Is for Pie, located in Orlando’s Audubon Garden District, is the first brick-and-mortar place for Florida native Tara Gould. Gould was practicing environmental and land use law, but her love of baking veered her career in a sweeter direction when she started baking for weddings and private parties. Gould says apple pie is her signature, along with her chocolate, peanut butter and sea salt “cutie pies” (about the size of a mini cupcake). Her caramel pecan pie pop has been called “caramel crack pecan.” Gould features five to six mini-pies daily, and whole pies (order in advance) start at $25. 2806 Corrine Dr., Orlando; (727) 534-6869; crazyforpies.com
