Located in the bustling Mills 50 District, Rhapsodic Bakery was one of Orlando’s first bakeries with an unwavering commitment to allergy-conscious baked goods when it opened in 2010. After being diagnosed with Celiac disease, co-owner and lead baker Katie Andrews set out to churn out a flurry of wheat- and gluten-free delicacies (in addition to those using wheat flour), and the resulting cakes, cookies, cupcakes, scones and brownies are one hundred percent vegan, to boot. 710 N.
