Now in its 23rd year, Heart of Florida United Way’s annual Chef’s Gala is set once again to delight local foodies while raising funds for the non-profit’s largest fundraiser of the year.
More than 20 of Central Florida’s top chefs will descend on Epcot’s World Showcase to present a feast paired with wine and accompanied by live music. There will also be a spectacular live auction, proceeds of which will go to support United Way’s programs related to health, education, and basic needs.
Chef’s Gala will help to provide valuable resources to more than 400,000 underserved people in the Central Florida area. Last year’s event, which was attended by more than 1,000 people, raised nearly $300,000.
At a recent sneak peek hosted at JW Marriott’s Primo restaurant, we were given the opportunity to sample some of the dishes that will be featured at Chef’s Gala. Check out the images below to learn more.
